    This service offers one-on-one coaching with programs tailored to your individual needs and lifestyle. Whether you prefer to train virtually, at home, in the gym, or outdoors, each session is designed to help you build strength, confidence, and long-term results in a way that works best for you.

    Session Options:

    30 minutes — $25.00

    45 minutes — $35.00

    60 minutes — $45.00

  • Semi-Private/Small Group Training

    Semi-private training provides the motivation of a small group (2–4 women) while still giving you personalized attention from your coach. Each program is tailored to your individual goals, offering the benefits of one-on-one training within a supportive and empowering environment. Sessions can be held in-home, in-gym, virtually, or outdoors to fit your lifestyle and preferences.

    Session Options:

    30 minutes — $15.00 per person

    45 minutes — $20.00 per person

    60 minutes — $25.00 per person

  • Group Fitness Classes

    Group classes bring women together in a fun and supportive environment, with options held indoors or outdoors. From meditation to bootcamp to HIIT, each class offers variety and challenge while remaining adaptable to your pace. The focus is on building strength, energy, and confidence—while enjoying the motivation of a community.

    Single Class — $10.00

    5-Class Pack — $40.00

  • Corporate Health Sessions

    Corporate health sessions are designed to help employees reduce stress, increase energy, and improve overall well-being in the workplace.
